This store doesn't have the selection they did in the past. There are only 3 places in the entire store to check out also which was a big issue for me during the holidays. I believe that's only 5 registers if they're all open. My daughter tried to exchange a pair of pants 4 days after Christmas and she was told that she wouldn't be able to because she didn't have a receipt. The clerk was too busy to be bothered with the hassel of an exchange apparently. I made the exchange myself today with no problem however. Kohl's has had my business since the store in Shawnee opened.
